1. Order Processing Time

All submitted orders undergo stock verification, quality inspection, and packing preparation within 1–7 business days, not counting weekends and statutory holidays. During flash sales, seasonal promotions, or sudden order volume surges, handling may be marginally delayed; any order affected by a noticeable backlog will receive a direct notification from our support team.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping cost for each order is computed at checkout based on package dimensions, total weight, and destination region, and will be clearly displayed before payment is finalized.
Standard Delivery: estimated 15 business days from the date the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Estimated timelines are approximate reference values, not rigid guarantees. Actual delivery may shift due to carrier route backlogs, customs hold-ups, extreme weather, remote-area delivery constraints, or public holiday closures along the transit route.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the logistics carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a unique tracking number and a direct link to track the parcel’s journey.
Tracking status usually updates within 24–48 hours after dispatch; a temporary lack of visible updates during this window is normal and does not indicate a missing or delayed shipment.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please take a moment to review your shipping address carefully at checkout — including street detail, building name, floor/unit, postal code, and a reachable contact phone number — to ensure it is fully accurate.
Ya qiao LI assumes no responsibility for parcels that are successfully delivered to an address entered incorrectly or incompletely by the customer. If a package is returned to our facility because of address-related issues, a reshipment fee will be charged before the order can be sent out again.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment does not arrive within 3 business days after the stated estimated delivery date, please contact us promptly with your order ID so we can launch a carrier investigation. Claims raised outside this window may be declined.
If your bag arrives with visible exterior damage or manufacturing defects, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery and attach clear photos of both the outer packaging and the product itself. We will evaluate the evidence and offer a suitable resolution as quickly as we can.

6. Bag Care and Usage Notice

Our bags are built for regular daily use. To keep them in good condition, we recommend avoiding prolonged soaking in water, placing them next to sharp objects, or exposing them to high heat sources, and gently wiping the surface with a soft dry cloth when needed.
Ya qiao LI is not liable for damage resulting from overloading the bag beyond its designed weight limit, improper cleaning solvents, accidental tears, unapproved alterations, or natural wear that comes with extended everyday use.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

For parcels crossing international borders, import duties, value-added taxes, or customs handling fees may be imposed by the destination country’s local authorities. These charges are set independently by customs and are not reflected in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout.
The customer is solely responsible for settling any such additional charges required to release the parcel. We cannot control customs inspection duration or duty amounts, and we are unable to alter declared parcel values or package labeling to reduce or waive import fees.
